Consulting announces the PCT-2003 Probe Card
Tester at Semicon West 2003. This
product provides a solution for pre-qualifying your bare
for populated probe cards for the Agilent 4062, 4071,
4072 as well as the Keithley S600 probe cards.
This new product allows leakage analysis of the probe
card in normal, signal to guard, guard to guard leakage
to 1 fA* and capacitance to 1fF**. More
