Vacuum device hold down
provides positive device clamping for flat based, or
easily chipped substrates where mechanical clamping might cause device defects.
Normal set up time required by mechanical clamping work holders is greatly
reduced. Vacuum device hold down works well with wire bonding wire sizes to 6
mil. Requires optional vacuum pump or house vacuum. If ordered with controller,
electric vacuum switch is incorporated into controller housing. |
