The low profile, triaxial probe holder with bends to provide the OEM form-factor of the Suss Microtech probe arm.
The in-line / low porfile probe mounting pin jack requires pre-bend probes that can be ordered from APT in the 72T series as well as the 72A, 72S, 72X series. Please contact APT for further information. These pre-bend probe could rotate within the in-line/ low profile probe mounting if too much force is exerted.
The assembly comes complete with an intergrated mini low noise traixial cable terminated into your choise of a standard three lug triaxial BNC connector or the OEM positioner base mount. Please specify which connector style when ordering. The probe pin jack is designed for a 20 mil probe shank.
